Clinical Event Sphere

This sphere allows analytical queries on clinical event table.  This table includes documents, dynamic documents (DynDocs), powerforms, results, and task assays. Any event code can be looked up using this table.

It can be filtered by Events, Patients, Encounter, Event_id, Parent Event ID, Personnel, Contributor System, or event class. It can show all the children content (eg contents of a power form).  Results can be filtered by numeric, text, date or coded result.  Normalcy and result status are also filters.

The location can be chosen at the time of result or the last/current location of the encounter. This is the sphere for analyzing the clinical_event table.
